The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the ongoing spread of the Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19) a public health emergency. Given the concerns expressed by both our work family and clients, we will continue to monitor updates released by the WHO and other reputable organizations like the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
The Rose Rock Spa will continue to care for clients in a way that follows our state, CDC, and OSHA guidelines. As we navigate the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis together, we’re committed to closely following updates and keeping everyone’s health top of mind. We encourage every client to use their best judgment in their ability to part take in spa treatments safely, and if not feeling well please cancel appointment as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, even with the most rigorous sanitation protocols, enhanced client screening, and social distancing precautions, there is still risk of COVID-19 transmission involved. For this reason, we have had to adjust our treatment protocols and work hours accordingly.
~ We will not accept any walk-ins during this time into our gift shop or spa.
~All Appointments must be made through our website as our call center is currently closed.
~Client must wait in vehicle until a spa attendant gives the okay to enter into our gift shop.
~All clients receiving treatments will have to answer a quick health questionnaire, temperature will be checked, and we hold the right to refuse treatment if considered a potential risk.
~We will not be offering any couple treatments during this time as we have found it's safest to keep rooms limited to one client, and one professional at a time.
~Allow for some flexibility during these uncertain times when it comes to appointments as we have to keep everyone's safety in mind.
